Ear candling, a traditional therapy used by the Ancient Greeks, was popularised by the Hopi Indian Tribe of the American South-West. The Hopi Nation are renowned for their extensive healing skills. This training takes place over 1 day and includes facial massage. Case studies must be completed and a final assessment. Add 2 new skills to your therapist tool box.

Ear candling is thought to be centuries old, and its historical roots can indeed be found in places such in Siberia, Asia, North and South America. It is believed that the ancient Greeks used ear candling for cleansing and spiritual practices and went on to use them for physical purposes in later years. Hopi ear candling is also known as Thermo Auricular Therapy and it is a completely natural therapy. The candles are in fact not candles, but long narrow hollow tubes which are made from organic flax which can contain extracts of honey, herbs and beeswax.
