Find your quiet place

Writer: Vanessa MyattVanessa Myatt

Sometimes it’s difficult to tune out the world so you can come up with a creative idea. This current environment is creating a need, more than ever, to create your own quiet place to go to in your head, which will be there whenever you need it.

How to find your quiet place:

⭐️ Find a comfortable place to sit and be still. Close your eyes. Use headphones or earplugs if needed, to block out any outside noise. Make sure your back is completely supported.

⭐️ Imagine your favourite quiet place. What does it look like? What sounds do you hear? You could be alone on the beach with just the sound of crashing waves and gulls. Fill in as much detail as you can.

💖 You can come back here as often as you like, whenever you need a place of your own to relax. 💖
